Hi I would just like to say thanks Ian for importing coconut flour to NZ. I was previously ordering it from Australia and it was costing me a fortune! We’ve been buying it off you for quite a while now but I thought it was about time I said thanks.
My husband is on a strict no starch diet to manage an autoimmune condition he has called Ankylosing Spondylitis. The diet works very well but it is not an easy diet to follow. Being able to bake goodies for him has been fantastic since he can’t eat any other kind of flour as they all contain starch.
We also enjoy using the coconut oil you sell for it’s health benefits as well. Amazing stuff!
